Thinking about YASUKUNI
Some prime ministers have visited Yasukuni, and this fact causes trouble between Japan and China, South Korea and North Korea. I have couple of questions about Yasukuni Mondai (not Yasukuni itself).
1. Are the countries which blame Japan only China, South Korea, and North Korea? I’ve never heard that from other countries such as Indonesia or Singapore, but these countries were also governed under Japan during the war.
2. Has prime minister who goes to Yasukuni gone there before he became the prime minister? I mean as private. If not, why do they visit Yasukuni only during his term of office?
3.These trouble was caused by the fact that there are some A-class war criminels as god? If there was no A-class war criminal, China and two Korea won’t blame?
I think the deification of A-class war criminals is not right as they’d not fought themselves. They’d stayed in the safe place in Japan. They’d eat better food than the soldiers. A person who stay in safe place and who has never seen the actual battle field often talk about spirit or deification, or heroism. If they planed the invasion, and later, they went to the battle field and died, I think it is natural to deify them.
